Crisis Manager
supporting the Alliance office and community; providing strategic outreach to sexual assault survivors and their loved ones. The Crisis Manager will also endeavor to increase community awareness of the program, how to obtain assistance, and accurate information regarding sexual assault. The Program Manager may also offer therapy for survivors, 24-hour hotline assistance, hospital and court advocacy, community education, and relevant information and referrals.

CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

What you'll do:
Active participation
in local Sexual Assault Response Team and other community groups.
Provide clients with an optimal trauma-informed care
setting that encompasses emotional, psychological, and physical safety, as well as honest and respectful communication.
Track statistical data
as needed to enhance the efficacy of program initiatives.
Provide counselling services as needed to clients
in the program along with other resources and services both within and outside of the agency.
Other duties
as assigned.
Schedule:
Full-time.Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
Active LPC or LSW license issued by the State of Ohio required. LISW or LPCC referred.
Previous experience with Electronic Health Records preferred. NextGen experience is a plus.
Previous experience providing mental health, AOD, sexual trauma informed, and evidence-based counseling services preferred.
Maintains 40-hour Rape Crisis Advocate training obtained within first 30 days of employment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends required
Full-Time Benefits:

Up to 16 hours of paid work release
annually for workshops, with $200 in funds for CEUs (24 hours and $250 for employees maintaining two licenses).

annually for one license.

supervisor approval
to make up time during workshop weeks.
