POSITION OVERVIEW:
ASTOUND, an experiential marketing agency, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Asset Manager. This key operations role involves managing a comprehensive database of rental and client assets, ensuring efficient logistics, and maintaining a meticulous inventory process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both databases and physical inventory, coupled with excellent memory and organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Asset Database Management:
Maintain an up-to-date database of all rental and client assets.Ensure accurate data entry and regular updates to reflect the current status of assets.Implement and oversee asset tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition.
Inventory Control:
Conduct regular physical inventory audits to verify database accuracy.Manage the storage, distribution, and return of rental assets.Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient asset transportation.
Logistics and Process Management:
Develop and maintain efficient processes for asset management, including check-in/check-out procedures.Ensure all assets are properly labeled, stored, and maintained.Collaborate with other departments to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Client Asset Management:
Oversee the management of client-owned assets stored within ASTOUND facilities.Ensure client assets are handled with care and returned in the same condition.
Reporting and Documentation:
Generate regular reports on asset usage, availability, and condition.Maintain comprehensive documentation for all asset-related activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar role.
Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong memory and ability to recall asset details quickly and accurately.Proficient in database management and inventory software.Excellent logistics and process management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
