Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for development and analysis of competitive proposal text, budget, client bid grids (if applicable) while working closely with the internal proposal key stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
Review Requests for Proposal (RFP).Identify information for proposal text and budget development and work closely with proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals.Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and related documents.Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.Perform quality control edits on all documents to ensure they are in-li ne with client expectations and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments.Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.Participate in training / coaching / mentoring new staff.Participate in customer meetings.Other duties as assigned.Necessary Skills and Abilities:
Attention to detail.Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including but not limited to VLookup, HLookups, analyzing data utilizing Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts).Clinical Research and/or consulting knowledge.Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required in Business or Science field.Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years relevant experience.Proposal Development experience required.
