Position Overview
The International Motors Chassis Procurement Team is urgently seeking a Supply Manager. In this role, you will work closely with Category Managers to support and advance their strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and the supply base to implement the Category Manager Team’s (CMT) commercial plans.
Contract Management: Manage the execution of contract price updates by collaborating with Category Managers, Commodity Managers, and the Finance Team.
RFQ Execution: Execute RFQs to add parts to pricing contracts, ensuring alignment with CMT strategy.
Supply Issue Resolution: Resolve day-to-day supply issues to ensure the timely supply of parts to Production Plants and adherence to program timelines.
Partnership Building: Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.
Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate new supplier setups and manage Non-disclosure Agreements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience
OR
Master's degree
OR
At least 4 years of purchasing/procurement experience
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
