Sitting within the Client Marketing organization, the Head of Acquisitions Marketing and Strategy for Deposits, along with their team, plays a critical role in fueling growth in Checking deposit balances, building new customer relationships and driving long term and profitable behaviors in support of USPB.
This role will establish strategy, roadmap and drive flawless execution of core deposit acquisitions marketing efforts, while also identifying and championing new acquisition offers to optimize the objective function. Under the leadership of this individual, team would manage and execute compelling new creative experiences/messaging, establish and execute on test and learn agenda, and have strong performance marketing disciple and rigor around meeting and exceeding goals and KPIs driven by these marketing tactics.
Critical to this role is the ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision for Deposit checking offers and strategy across channels, and to bring that forward with strong partnership, buy-in and engagement across the business, both with internal and external stakeholder across Product, Segment, Legal, Business Execution and Channel Teams. To drive forward and maximize value of marketing, in this role he/she will also be responsible for identifying net-new and transformational acquisition opportunities, assessing resource/execution needs, tracking performance and communicating results to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Retail Acquisitions Checking offers, campaigns, and strategy
Drive Checking Acquisitions growth by assessment of the competitive landscape, optimization of existing channel performance and identification of new product placement opportunities.
Partner with analytics on robust and timely tracking, and forecasting to help evaluate program performance across all response acquisition channels, aiding in the development of future strategies.
Collaborate with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness in our acquisition channels through innovations in strategy, targeting, delivery, process, and new capabilities.
Apply critical thinking skills to identify and size new acquisition opportunities, assess customer impacts, and make new recommendations to drive business growth.
Maintain an extreme focus on detail while managing marketing campaigns with flawless execution and adhering to risk and control policies and agenda

Qualifications:
10+ years business experience,
Direct to consumer marketing and banking products experience required.
Creative design and content development experience.
Martech, adtech and project management workflow tool experience i.e. Confluence, Jira, Aprimo, iHandle preferred
Financial services industry experience preferred.
Track record of delivering strategies to deliver exceptional customer and digital experiences.
Demonstrated technical knowledge and general management skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with others in a team enviroment.
Understanding and experience across a broad range of digital capabilities, tools, and best practices is highly desired.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
