Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The primary focus will be to identify, engage, and qualify leads that ultimately are handed off to the Sales team for further development. Additionally, this role will support other sales and marketing activities as needed. This a salaried, full-time position that reports to the Business Development Manager.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emailsQualify leads through using the BANT processResearch prospective agencies, identify key influencers and decision-makers, and generate interest from various stakeholders. Document all information and communication learned about prospective agencies in Salesforce.Successfully complete initial encounter with prospects gathering comprehensive client basic information, and engendering with a prospect a desire to follow up contact by KanTime Sales TeamAssist with marketing and PR to promote and publicize KanTime before, during, and after each trade show or eventRepresent KanTime and interact with prospects at events, gather information from prospects about needs/requirements, pains/problems, and build relationships with referral partnersComfortable leveraging or learning tools such as; Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, WordPress, Ebsta, LinkedIn, and other tools to assist in lead development.Requirements

Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding assigned objectivesWillingness to learn extensive details about KanTime's various solutionsExcellent verbal and communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsHome Care or Hospice industry knowledge and experience is a bonusAbility to travel up to 30% of the year
