We are expanding into the Sweepstakes gaming genre, and we're seeking a data-driven, customer-focused, energetic
Product Director
to spearhead and elevate our product to a top 5 position in this category.
In this role, you will report to the GM of playSWEEPS and you will own and optimize the scope and performance of the playSWEEPS product and franchise. You will develop working relationships with the key stakeholders, functional managers, and other product leaders. As you help our business grow, you will also anticipate, plan, and hire and manage against personnel requirements for the team.
The ideal candidate will possess keen business acumen, outstanding creativity, strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building category leading products. In addition, we look for resourceful leaders who can confidently manage the full product lifecycle from planning and strategy to execution and daily optimization, ultimately, deliver outstanding experiences to our loyal players.

Duties and Responsibilities
Create quarterly and yearly plans and roadmaps -- a long-term, cohesive strategy to drive the growth of the games.Design and execute data-driven strategies based on customer segmentation, competitive insights, and product positioning.Work closely with the engineering leadership to deliver the best player experience on quality and on timeAct as the advocate for our consumers - ensure all messaging is easy to comprehend and our features and functionality align with what our players want and what makes sense for the business.Keep evolving our merchandising and promotional strategiesHelp build brands that players love and extend into their everyday livesManage a team of product managers and a large cross-functional team of producers, designers, and engineers.Align the overall product roadmap with the current business needs and evangelize with cross-functional and leadership teamsConcept, design, and execute innovative product features aimed at improving acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization, and their accompanying marketing and CRM campaigns and promotions.Measure the success of product features after release and optimize their performance through rapid, data-driven iteration.Analyze metrics and user feedback in real-time to derive insights on user trends and behaviorLead the reporting of the playSWEEPS product performance and strategy to internal and external stakeholders; including Product Updates, Franchise Reviews, and Annual Plans.Represent the playSWEEPS product to the Company including Senior Staff, Operating Team, and the Company at large.Requirements
10+ years of outstanding experience in broad, cross-functional, product management with a minimum of 4 years of experience at a gaming companyOwner/CEO mindset: ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to business outcomesA strong track record of success and results at previous companiesComfortable working in a very data-driven companyExperience successfully managing a teamStrong influencing and leadership skills; effective cross-functional driverPassion for social games, iGaming, Sweepstakes and disruptive businessesAbility to be flexible on a day-to-day basis with task priorityAbility to operate at an extremely fast paceiGaming and Sweepstakes preferredBachelor's degreeBenefits and Perks
