Prepare all bank reconciliations and monthly Treasurer's ReportsSupport Business Office personnel in the areas of payroll, accounts payable and administration of health benefitsSubmit Federal and State Grant reimbursement requests and Final Expenditure Reports for IDEA, ESEA and other grantsPrepare SEMI quarterly financials and annual cost reportingComplete Chapter 44 reportingAssist with preparing requests for proposalsWork with all areas of Nonpublic fundsAssist with annual auditExcellent technology and computer application skills, i.e. Excel and GoogleStrong knowledge of local/state/federal reporting requirements and applicable lawsExperience working with budgets, transportation, food service program and grantsAbility to work collaboratively with various groups including administrative staff, teaching staff, Board members, community members and association leadershipStrong verbal and communication skillsHow to Apply/Contact
