About the Role:
We are hiring for an experienced, team-oriented, Spanish-speaking Medical Office Manager. This role will report to the Site Administrator.
What You'll Do:Directly manage the operations and performance of the outpatient medical clinic, including but not limited to daily operations, revenue cycle, provider schedules and productivity, claims, and budgetDevelop and lead a cross-functional team of medical assistants, patient concierges, medical records specialists, and others to deliver best-in-class care experiences for our patients and community, ensuring the team is achieving expected performance, and coaching/mentoring individuals as neededMonitor the clinic's activities and outcomes against defined goals/KPIs, such as patient satisfaction, clinical and non-clinical staff satisfaction, clinic productivity, profitability, HCC performance, and STAR performanceIdentify root causes of operational deficiencies and help implement the best tools, processes, and trainings to correct deficiencies and control costs, working with Site Administrators and other leaders to carry such learnings throughout the organizationBuild relationships within the community and support growth and marketing initiativesMonitor the impact to each site of actual and projected growth in membership, utilization, etcCollaborate with the Medical Director, Site Administrator, and central leadership team to improve provider satisfactionAddress and resolve provider-related issuesReport on progress, operational issues, and potential areas of future concernExude professional demeanor at all times and enforce the same with site teamsEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies; respond appropriately and expeditiously to any emergencies or urgent issues as they ariseQualifications:
3 years of relevant healthcare experience, including at least 2 years of management experienceDemonstrated ability to adapt and effectively lead in a fast-paced environment, where change is commonSkilled operator who takes data-driven, process-oriented approach towards continuous improvement of clinic operationsExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlinesMust be bilingual in SpanishYou're great for the role if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)Healthcare management experience in a managed care environmentExperience as an office manager in a multispecialty clinic (preferably including pediatrics and primary care) with multiple providersExperience delegating work to other team membersExperience with CHDP ProgramExperience with Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and Senior ACO Medicare patientsWho We Are:

This is an onsite position located at 193 E Orange Grove Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91103.The fulltime schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm with no overtime.The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $66,560 - $72,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
