For more information, click here .Role reports to: Demand Planning ManagerLocation: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel %: 10Pay: $73,000 - $117,300What you will doThe Senior Demand Planner is responsible for developing SKU-level operational forecasts for products within an assigned portfolio in support of the Integrate Business Planning (IBP) process:Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping SKU-level operational forecasts for a number of products within an assigned portfolio via coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality.Interacting regularly with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, & Supply Planning and will utilize historical order and shipment data, current POS trends, trade inventory data, and promotional activity information to develop the best possible demand plans for new and existing products.Quantifying and communicating forecast gaps leading cross-functional forecast reviews in accordance with the IBP process standards and maintaining responsibilities for MAPE and Forecast Accuracy metrics and to identify areas of improvement.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.A minimum of 4 years business experienceis required.Strong knowledge of Excel (i.e. vLookups, pivot tables) is required.The ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is required.Desired Qualifications2 years of experience in the area of supply chain management or supporting supply chain preferably manufacturing, distribution, customer service and/or planning is preferred.manufacturing, distribution, customer service and/or planning is preferred.Intermediate knowledge of SAP is preferred.Forecasting preferredExperience in the Consumer industry or other FDA regulated industry is preferred.APICS certification is preferred.Lean, Six-Sigma or Process Excellence training and/or certification is preferred.The ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives and work independently while demonstrating initiative.What's in it for youCompetitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
