Job Title : Construction Safety Manager
Location : Fort Worth, Texas
Starts : 12/02/2024
Type : Full-time W2 position with our client, including full benefits.
Compensation :
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 (Yearly)
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision
Schedule :
Hours : M-F 40hrs/week, Possible weekend oversite work
Project Scope :
Roof Safety Onsite for multiple projects, both residential and Commercial. It will involve about 10% travel outside the Dallas and Fort Worth area.
Qualifications :
Safety background in commercial construction and commercial roofing, new construction, and re-roof.
Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
You MUST have OSHA 30
OSHA 510 preferred
First Aid CPR
Fall protection, scaffolding
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible for Accident Documentation and Investigation
Will conduct site-specific training and toolbox talks
Inspect job site and equipment for safety hazards
Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations.
Provide safety training as needed.
Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety practices.
Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence.
Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required within the manager's skills and certifications
Skills :
Excellent public speaking and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
OSHA outreach training experience is a plus.
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
