We are hiring immediately for a CAFE MANAGER position.
Location: Snapchat, 875 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday 7am-5pm.
Details: The Cafe Manager will manage staff (3 hourly associates), inventory, and lunch service. The manager is also responsible for setting up and breaking down food, responding to clients' messages, restocking the snack area, and preparing daily reports.
Requirement: Food service management experience.
Salary: $75,000

Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. They will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe
Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
Manages cafe operations
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates Degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
Proficient computer skills including MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
