As a critical member of our Asset Services team, you would contribute directly to the success of our tenants and their scientific discoveries by providing white-glove services to the tenants, supporting our facilities team, and collaborating with building staff and other stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and front facing support to tenants as their first point of contact.
Support day-to-day operations including but not limited to coordination of meetings, events, and tenant requests.
Manage tenant & vendor contact lists.
Draft and send communication bulletins and email blasts to tenants.
Assist with tenant move-in and move-out process, e.g. signage updates, card key requests, access to work order system, or visits.
Assist in planning tenant appreciation events.
Manage conference rooms, including scheduling, coordinating support from A/V vendors and IT for maintenance and repairs, and administering or assisting with tenant training.
Assist with monthly accounts receivables process, e.g. review rent statements for accuracy, ensure timely delivery of statements to tenants, etc.
Act as emergency administrator for the building and maintain the defibrillator agreements.
Support Building Engineering Team as needed, e.g. with tenant requests for fitness center access, building card keys, parking card keys, etc.
Assist with special projects/assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Self-motivated, independent individual desired.
Client service-oriented attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to pursue a career in the commercial real estate industry.
Working knowledge in the field of property management and/or real estate, a plus.
Experience with billing, budgeting, and facility management systems is a plus.
The expected base hourly wage range for this position is $31.25 to $36.06 USD hourly, plus annual discretionary bonus. This hourly wage range is an estimate, and the actual hourly wage may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company’s compensation practices.
