We are seeking a
Second Shift Level 2 System Administrator
to join our team. This role is key in resolving customer technology issues and providing exceptional technical support. Working from
1pm to 9pm, Sunday through Thursday , this position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will handle both onsite and remote tickets, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all work performed.
Key Responsibilities:Resolve technology issues efficiently and provide outstanding customer service.Maintain open communication with customers and the dispatch team to ensure prompt resolution of tickets.Work on both onsite and remote support requests.Accurately log time and details of work completed.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience with
MS 365
and the
Microsoft technology stack .Proficiency in setting up basic networks, including
DHCP ,
DNS , and
default gateway
configurations.Solid understanding of the
troubleshooting process
and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Basic hardware and software skills for workstation support.Knowledge of
Workstation Operating Systems
for support and maintenance.Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Committed to continuous learning and improving technical abilities.Available for on-call rotations for weekend/night support when necessary.Strong customer service mindset.Benefits Include:
