As an Employee Engagement Partner, you will plan, develop and implement initiatives to drive workforce engagement and high-quality solutions for employees across Tesla. The Employee Engagement Partner will be responsible for evolving and delivering the core practices of employee engagement work and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a positive culture. This position can be based in Austin, TX, Fremont, CA, Buffalo, NY or Sparks, NV.

Responsibilities

Drive an employee-centric mindset across the business. Advise, mentor and guide people leaders and supervisors to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skillsConduct trainings and roundtables on employee sentiment and related engagement topics at various locations companywide. Design, collect, and analyze data to identify trends and potential risk areas associated with climate surveys and assessmentsProactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and help develop and implement innovative solutions and policiesCollaborate with HR, Employee Relations, Legal and business leaders to help facilitate organizational changes and respond to employee feedback. Collaborate with HR and Legal teams to analyze, diagnose, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relationsDrive fair and transparent responses to employee engagement matters. Participate in or manage projects led by the Engagement team as neededSupports human resources leadership to formulate, determine, and effectuate management policies regarding HR, including special access to confidential and sensitive personnel communication and recordsAligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with Company employeesRequirements

Bachelor's Degree or at least 5+ years' experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Manufacturing, Employment Law or Human ResourcesKnowledge of federal, state and local labor and employment laws, including the National Labor Relations ActThorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standardsA knack for managing projects or experience successfully implementing programs across geographically distributed teamsAbility to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, including remote areas and in Manufacturing environmentsProactive and self-directed with ability to manage/complete multiple projects with competing deadlinesAbility to travel to company sitesCompensation and BenefitsBenefits
