Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience of a cutting-edge digital platform.
This role requires expertise in creating intuitive, seamless consumer-facing applications and websites while considering the technical and regulatory aspects of digital design.
The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party developers to ensure the delivery of a frictionless digital experience.
Occasional onsite travel to Richmond (no more than twice) may be required.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the UI/UX strategy for the digital platform to create a cohesive and user-friendly experience.Design and enhance user interfaces for consumer-facing applications, ensuring a frictionless, modern design.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve the platform's user experience.Oversee the implementation of design changes to ensure technical accuracy and positive user interaction.Develop prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for the development team to execute.Required Qualifications:
Proven experience with user-centered design and a strong portfolio showcasing complex user experience solutions, including seamless account creation and management with Electronic Age Verification.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.In-depth knowledge of user experience principles, interaction design, and platform integration.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing consumer journeys for digital products and websites that operate connected devices using short-range wireless technologies (e.g., Bluetooth).
