Partner Development Manager (Workday Practice)

The Partner Development Manager (PDM) focuses on growing Slalom's Partner sales, strengthening our brand, and expanding our network with one Partner (and/or industry), in coordination with our partners GTM structure. PDMs will integrate with global and local teams to unlock value from the channel to drive partner pipeline in the local market. The PDM will also serve as an integral member with the global capability team and work directly with the Senior Sales Director and capability teams daily.

Responsibilities

Defines and executes global partner related GTM strategy.Serve as the key interface for navigating a partner including their organization & programs.Integration with capability team to help define partner strategy.Maintains a comprehensive relationship map of the partner and fosters trusted relationships with key partner contacts.Coordinates partner administration (ex. deal registration, references) with Activation Leads & Alliances OperationsDemonstrates expertise in funding (inclusive of referral fees and MDF) programs and manages funding requests.Facilitates regional/industry partner engagement & partner marketing strategy (ex. conferences, summits, QBRs)Acts as the "Voice of the Partner" for Slalom in partnership with marketingManages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.Analyzes and communicates trends in our business with managed partner/industry.Enables Slalom PSMs, Account Directors & Sales on best practices in working with a partner.Identifies new sales channels with partners through unique programs (SCA), lines of business and/or relationships.Coordinates and executes account planningDeveloping strategies and identifying channels to target during strategic partnership efforts.Creating and implementing optimization strategies to increase revenueQualifications:

5+ years combined experience in sales, business development, or consulting servicesMust have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer and partner related discussions to advance the sales process.Ability to develop relationships and work extensively at the executive level within the partner eco-system.Ability to self-motivate, multi-task work independently, and manage complex projects, and overall strong understanding of project managementStrong leadership skillsExcellent problem solving and negotiation skillsVast knowledge of Slalom ecosystem, practice areas, competencies, offerings and strategic visionStrategic thinking - ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices for this position, the base salary pay range for Manager is $104,000 to $198,000, for Sr Manager $123,000 to $234,000, and for Director $146,000 to $278,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
