Come work at the best place to give and receive care!?Job Description:Position SummaryTo develop, implement and coordinate administration of all employee benefits policies and programs, including health, prescription, dental, wellness, life, retirement plans and other voluntary offerings. To ensure that all benefit programs are sound, effective, internally equitable and externally competitive.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with the System Director, Total Rewards in evaluating the effectiveness of all benefits policies and programs for SolutionHealth and its affiliated companies, ensuring that each is sensitive to the needs of employees and competitive in the marketplace.

Establishes and maintains an employee benefit structure for all eligible employees at SolutionHealth and its affiliated companies, to meet the objectives of the organization in a cost-effective manner. Recommends changes in annual benefit plan offerings as needed to meet the coverage and financial objectives of both the participants and the organization.

Develops, implements, maintains and communicates all benefits programs covering all levels within the organization. Prepares communications about development of or changes in policy, plan design, participant eligibility, enrollment process, amendments, and summary annual reports.

Ensures that all information available for employee use is accurate and easy to understand.

Ensures that all vendor and consulting relationships are effective and productive. Ensures that all programs are in full compliance with federal and state laws governing health and welfare and retirement plans.

Manages the benefits team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed goals and creates a positive working environment. Provides continuous feedback and conducts annual performance appraisal.

Position QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required.Licensure/Certifications: CBP or CEBS certification preferred.Experience:Minimally Required: Minimum of eight (8) years of employee benefits and/or retirement experience required, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role required.

Preferred: Experience managing fully insured health plans and benefits in a large health system.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employee benefit laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Work Shift:Monday - Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM
