Chief Solutions Architect
Key Role:Develop solution architecture(SA)and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. Design architectural roadmaps for enterprise architecture (EA) in accordance with enterprise strategies and processes, while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with a wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Be responsible for supervision and development of first-level Supervisors or Managers.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience managing the development of software systems with a focus on modernization efforts in forward-leaning technology such as cloud, DevSecOps or MLOps automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks in the DoD, federal government, or commercial entities
5+ years of experience in software development and large-scale Agile, including Scaled Agile Framework
Experience in business development, including architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work
Knowledge of System Engineering practices and ITSM
Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Ability to work directly with government clients and help translate their goals into technical solutions
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or CS
Additional Qualifications:5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
Experience implementing ITSMorIT Operations practices
Experience with USCYBERCOM and the Intelligence Community
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD).
