All about the role:Electrolux North America, Inc. is the holding company for the North American operations of AB Electrolux, a global leader in the manufacture of appliances. Our products include refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ranges, washing machines, dryers and vacuum cleaners under familiar band names including Frigidaire, and Electrolux. Electrolux is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and the North American headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is responsible for all areas Worker's Compensations claims management. This position reports directly to the Head of Risk Management for North America.What you'll do:Provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.Coordinate claim reviews with main sites and TPA.Assist in various projects, including development of best practices, and cross-trainingImplement and perform key subsystem controls for WC data import into global RMIS system.Maintain appropriate DOA and SOD controls as well as RACI documents.Maintain and periodically review TPA operating guidelines and support services.Support the captive insurance company operations through monthly reporting and analytics.Assist in collecting exposure data utilized for insurance underwriting discussions.Participate in reviews of insurance and indemnity contract provisions.Liaise with WC Attorneys.Partner with Operations teams on WC topics and support initiatives.Various ad hoc requests.Qualifications:Sound knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims and laws, especially in TN, NC and SC.Ability to review files for compensability and advise reserve changesExcellent collaboration, negotiation, persuasion, and diplomacy skills to work closely with internal and external partiesUnquestionable business ethics and integrityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze trends and suggest solutions to challenges.Takes the initiative to get things done.Excellent written andverbal communication skills.Ability to foster open communications, listen effectively and build strong partnership networks.Experience in Claims Review presentations.Balance team and individual responsibilities and contributes to building a positive team ship environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.Exhibits sound and accurate judgment and includes appropriate people in the decision-making process.Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles while maintaining professionalism.Minimum Qualifications:Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting required.Minimum 2+ years of Corporate Risk Management experience.Self-motivated team player with demonstrated problem-solving skills.Strong experience in claims management (RMIS) software.Operates with a high degree of independence and autonomy, demonstrated by strong planning, organizational, time management, negotiation, and analytical skills.AIC designation preferred.5+ years of handling high-level, litigated Workers' Compensation claims with an ability to evaluate claims for compensability.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointBenefits highlights:Medical benefits start day oneGenerous 401K matchTuition reimbursement opportunitiesAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
