Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead - Salesforce to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will work with Solution Architects, Partners, and other Software Engineers to translate requirements into functional applications. Location: Plymouth, MN - On-site What you will do: Partner with business owners to understand requirements, build functional design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align with business goals Work with various internal IT groups and external vendors to integrate solution components in Salesforce and understand technical dependencies and its implications Provide support to product development regarding escalation, estimation, prioritization, and help manage the backlog Provide advice, mentorship, and assistance to junior engineers to develop staff capabilities What's in it for you: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's degree plus 5 to 7 years of Technology related experience 5+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, LWR, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows Experience using Gearset with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its core features, capabilities, and limitations Experience with Salesforce's various cloud offerings such as Sales, Service (Order Management), and Marketing Cloud Experience with understanding and assessing proposed solutions to meet requirements Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience working in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies Experience working on B2B eCommerce and other external community sites Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification #LI-RS1 #LI-onsite Equal Opportunity Employment: It is the policy of Daikin Applied to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, marital status, membership or activity in a local commission, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
