Requirements Analyst
Key Role:Provide operational and technical analysis with recommendations to maintain competitive C2 advantage. Provide support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings. Provide requirements traceability and report changes utilizing appropriate online tools. Provide plans of action and milestones, meeting minutes, internal database maintenance, and analytical rigor on various topics to support the client. Analyze or draft strategic documents to generate programmatic courses of action (COAs), workflow analysis, gap analysis, and policy analysis for the programs for which they oversee or manage. Convene and provide recommendations at Working Groups (WG) and Operational Planning Teams (OPT). Prepare and conduct high level communications via verbal and written means to Senior level personnel, ensuring the opportunity for timely decision-making.Basic Qualifications:Experience with requirements analysis
Knowledge of Joint Command and Control
Ability to attend forums and working groups to document C2 requirements
Ability to engage with senior government personnel in government forums
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:Experience working in or with the Joint Staff
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
