Position Summary:
At MedscapeLIVE! you will be responsible for assisting the Program Management and Account Management teams. You will work closely with our Program Management team to successfully compile, QC, and submit all assets through the MLR process. Additionally, you will assist the Account Management team to manage client relationships and enabling flawless event execution. The applicant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization, must be willing to be coached, and eager to learn new skills quickly. The applicant should be a highly organized, able to work independently while working collaboratively, detail oriented, and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do:Thorough development, QC, and submission of all program assets through the MLR process. This includes assisting with edits, resubmissions, and launch of assets sometimes on tight deadlinesAssist with client management through focused attention to detail, accountability, concise communications, and a sense of urgencyManage internal team deliverables, timelines, and clearly defined next stepsCollaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, meeting client and management expectations, and ensuring programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parametersSchedule and join client meetings, lead internal meetings as needed, and assist with client communicationsUse project management software to track projects and provide frequent status updatesAssist with problem solving issues as they ariseOverall ownership of client program success and executionOnsite presence as needed for in-studio broadcastsWho You Are:
Comfortable in a highly deadline-driven environment, and able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to rapidly shifting prioritiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and a problem-solverIndependently motivated but able to foster positive team dynamicsProactive and interested in building your skillset to take on more responsibilityAccepting of constructive feedback and committed to overall account successHas the ability to work overtime or travel, as neededQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required1-2 years in Project Management or Account Services, preferably within the healthcare or medical education environmentExperience in an external client-facing environmentHighly professional, ability to work independently, and foster collaborative work relationshipsOutstanding time management, organizational skills, and an eye for detailsThrives in a high-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines and necessity for rapid responsesExcellent verbal communication, writing, and grammar skillsAbility to work extended hours to meet clients' business needs, if needed. Travel may be requiredExperience with Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) preferredPrior working experience in Workfront is a plus
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
