Job Description
The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams
Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets
Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity
Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs
Support sales team with trade execution including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards
Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality and safety
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor including but not limited to new business solicitation
Job Requirements
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
1-3 years of general work experience required
Previous beverage industry and/or customer service experience preferred
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print
Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
