Summary
As a Support Analyst, you will provide Tier 2 technical and business process support to end users and team members on application issues. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential for diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving complex problems. The team will rely on your research and investigation skills to address recurring issues and provide documentation and recommendations for improvements.
Your communication skills and ability to translate technical language into non-technical explanations will enable you to assist end users with both technical and business process changes, facilitating user adoption. Understanding the user and customer experience will help the team prioritize work, adjust business processes, and develop solutions that enhance the overall experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to escalated tickets, engaging with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and development teams to identify and resolve bugs.
Develop a strong understanding of customer and employee needs, as well as the business vision and strategy.
Investigate and identify the root causes of recurring issues.
Work with Product teams to understand use cases, define needs and success criteria, and support user adoption, employee experience, and customer experience.
Document tickets and customer interactions in Jira for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience writing database queries with SQL or similar scripting language is a plus.
1-2 years of experience working in an IT Support capacity, or other similar customer-facing technical support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Strong planning, organization, and collaboration skills
