Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Walmart US eCommerce team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily connect with Walmart's customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experience individual to join our dynamic team at Walmart Marketplace. As the Sr. Manager of Marketing Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate across Strategy, Analytics, Product, and Business to set the vision of and build the strategy for expanding the Walmart Marketplace to our global customers. Obsessing about Marketplace expansion is at the heart of this role as you create new strategies for both seller and customer and customer attainment. You will be focused on expanding ecommerce to worldwide customers while helping sellers to increase their sales while minimizing their costs. You will drive the strategy and execution of B2C marketing plans in key markets in support of business unit growth. As a new capability, this is a priority, high-impact role that will work with Business to understand business needs and translate those into marketing strategies that help us achieve goals. The individual in this role will be skilled at engaging and communicating to senior executives across multiple domains, as well as engaging at a detailed level across product management, strategy, analytics and GTM teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase customer acquisition, retention, and overall market share.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including launches, promotions and advertising initiatives.
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI and ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Strategy, Analytics, and Product.

Minimum qualifications:
7+ years marketing experience.
2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics, Digital Analytics or eCommerce Analytics.
Prior experience managing full funnel campaigns across multiple channels (i.e. social media, influencer, out of home).
Prior supervisory experience within marketing.
Prior experience partnering with creative, operations, product & analytics teams.
Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
