We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated professional to support our HVAC Sales offices in the field. We seek an organized, friendly, helpful, team player to ensure that we meet or exceed our customers’ needs when it comes to their managing their orders, and ensuring accurate billing, prompt payment, and on-time delivery. Our Sales Coordinators are key members of our teams across the US.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate order processing for the field sales offices. This includes entering all customer orders, gaining T&C and credit approvals, ordering parts, tracking shipments, expediting equipment, managing accounts payable / receivable, manage special invoicing needs, and maintaining electronic job files.
Provide back-up support to other regions in the US.
Keep sales team members informed of delivery dates and any delays.
Keep track of Account Receivable issues and work with Sales Engineers to overcome them.
Address unique customer needs, providing administrative support during the after-sale stage.
Manage reports in electronic format; store all financial and sales-related data.
Provide post sales order management support to Sales Engineers and Inside Sales Engineers.
Interface regularly with other internal departments to resolve issues.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and phone calls.
Establish active communication and engagement with Sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed correctly and promptly.
Attend weekly sales meetings and assist in preparation for events as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience with Customer Service.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree: Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing.
Experience in the HVAC or construction industry or any industrial environment.
Solid systems experience (Salesforce & SAP preferred).
Outstanding problem-solving skills and an exemplary attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines with professionalism and in a consistently calm demeanor.
Ability to collaborate and work well with other team members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.

Pay Range:
$50,319 - $88,447 Annually
