Job Description
Contribute to the global data technical standards in liaison with the central team
Advocate in the region for the architecture principles, best practices, and tools defined globally by the client
Advise and support regional brands on their data journey (organization, governance, compliance and architecture)
Manage & animate the client's Data IT community comprised of data & cloud experts in the US region
Act as a key point of contact in the US for the architecture/technical teams of key providers of the company including two hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google) and the Managed Services Operators (Accenture, Cap Gemini)
Understand the brand's business process flows & business models, and understand their current architecture setup, as to be able to provide relevant insights
Work closely with the enterprise architects and solution owners of brands (Local or HQ) to prepare strategies and define requirements, prior to development

Skills and Requirements
10-15 years of experience in data management, with an emphasis on data integration and governance in a corporate environment
Prior experience overseeing and advising cloud and data projects acting as a liaison between the designated teams
Strong experience working with data platforms and projects within a Public Cloud environment (Azure, AWS or GCP)
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data integration tools (ex: Talend and Informatica)
Proficiency in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) null
