The Associate Director, Social, will collaborate with the investment leadership team to manage day-to-day business operations, including platform oversight, POV development, utilization of OMG tools, and readiness assessments. This role is key in driving strategic planning and execution for paid social initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns. The Associate Director will also be responsible for client stewardship, overseeing all aspects of campaign success, and working closely with other media disciplines to define social's role within the broader media strategy. This position requires deep expertise in paid social, multichannel experience, and exceptional client management skills.Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall paid social media strategy to drive client business growth. Ensure team execution meets and exceeds client expectations by adopting agency best practices, processes, and protocols to minimize errors and improve efficiencies.Develop, own and expand relationships with internal and cross agency partners as well as key strategic partners to drive excellence in Social and overall program managementEmploy and continually refine state-of-the-art techniques in social media through a deep understanding of paid social capabilities and technologies, with a passion for leveraging data to drive creative problem-solvingCollaborate closely with Strategy, Marketing Science, and Activation teams to drive innovation and capability development, ensuring seamless integration of social initiatives. Align strategies and execute cohesively across all channels for optimal campaign performance.Engage with clients to build a strong understanding of their needs and how they can best utilize paid social media for their competitive advantage and ROI. Provide guidance on long term strategic social plans respective of the client's business goalsServe as the primary point of contact for social client relations and platform partnerships, leading negotiations and ensuring strong relationships with key social media platforms to maximize value for the client.Continually monitor the landscape for new partners and technologies that can be engaged to up level capabilitiesSupport the development and implementation of internal process and quality control initiatives that ensure error-free execution of all tasksFoster a culture of continual learning, ensuring direct team members feel strong leadership support, a respective environment, challenged.Oversees billing and social budget management, with Director oversight.Support team utilization of Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.Experiences5-7 years of experience in paid social media strategy, execution, and management within a media agency or similar setting.Understanding of client/agency operations and finance processes.Knowledge of ad-serving platforms such as CMExperience working on Retail, Ecommerce or Technology ClientDeep understanding of social platforms and their ad capabilities, technologies, and data-driven techniques, with a passion for using data to solve creative challenges.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

$115,000-$125,000 USD
