JOB TITLE: HOMEBUILDERS SPECIALIST (Wilson County)
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Performs therapeutic interventions in the home and community settings with the identified youth and their family. The staff adhere to strict implementation of the Homebuilder's Model.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIMENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:A degree in the human services area. A master's degree in social work is preferred.Field experience working with multi-problem children and families and overall ability to relate to and engage with these families.Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule.Understanding of the IFPS philosophy and intervention strategies is essential.Willingness and ability to participate in initial and ongoing training provided by Division of Social Services staff or trainers coordinated by the Division.
