$55/hr -$60/hr .Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements:Agile tools (Jira)SDLC methodologiesUAT TestingJob Description:This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.Responsibilities:Act as an end-to-end project manager that creates detailed project plans and delivers against themManage and coordinate resources within and across organizations and has matrix management responsibilitiesSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.Manages a product backlog of Epics/features that need to be deliveredMitigates roadblocks for technical team, including appropriate escalation, as neededContributes to test planning and participates in test case reviews and makes necessary updatesWork with technical teams to mine for data to support test scriptsSupports UAT testing efforts by addressing defects raised by the testers/monitor ALMDevelops implementation plans, coverage schedules, and arranges validation effortsEnsure Change Management deliverables like PTO/PTB/PTS are completedPerforms technical validation during production installsDrive resolution of any post install defects with production support, LOB, and project teamProvide support for production, to include problem analysis, resolution assistance, and trackingContributes to the timely completion of Application Governance & GIS deliverables Required (hard) skills/experience
Experienced working in a SAFe Agile environmentBasic working knowledge of JIRAUnderstanding of Change Management practices and principlesTechnically competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Visio Desired skills/experience
University degree or college diploma in the field of Business or Technology5-7 years direct work experience in a project leadership capacityBusiness Banking domain experience preferred Characteristics of the top performer
