Serve as Solution Architect and technical lead for client projectsSupport thought leadership activities (blog/white papers/webinars)Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholdersTrack and understand clients' evolving needsPeople manager for multiple engineersWork with other departments to determine technical and compliance solutions and implementationsWhat You'll Bring
Experience managing teams of 4-8 individualsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsEffective documentation skills, to include technical diagrams and written descriptionsProfessional attitude and demeanor3-5 years directly supporting at least one of the following cloud IaaS providers: AWS, Azure, GCPExperience with orchestration and automation tools such as Terraform and AnsibleCritical thinking, and ability to balance security requirements with mission needsExampled relationship management and ability to work with C-SuiteProject management experience for individual and team projects (ability to track detailed tasks and ensure timely delivery)Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a dynamic and fluid environmentBS or above in related Information Technology field or equivalent combination of education and experienceBonus Points
Previous experience mentoring or managing consultants or engineers in a professional services organizationCloud-based networking experience (Palo Alto, Cisco ASAv, etc....)Familiarity with frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, SOC, HITRUST, etc.Familiarity with configuration baseline standards such as CIS Benchmarks & DISA STIGThe salary range listed is a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors.
