We aim to make the world a better, more connected place.CNN is looking for a CRM and Email Platform Manager to join our Revenue and Growth product team.

As our CRM and Email Platform Manager

you will be responsible for executing of CNN’s CRM campaigns across e-mail, push, in-app and push channels and for supporting our newsletter initiatives.

You will work closely with our partners in marketing, engineering, product design and analytics to implement CRM campaigns (especially via e-mail) that drive customer acquisition and engagement throughout the user journey , and will work closely with our editorial teams to drive engagement across our newsletter portfolio. The

growth of CNN’s digital business is a core element of WBD’s long-term strategy, and you will be part of the team that is driving this digital audience, engagement and revenue growth.The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience creating, executing and optimizing CRM campaigns and editorial newsletters, push and in-app channels, and has a solid understanding of direct-to-consumer subscription businesses. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a collaborative environment, are data-driven, and work with sense of urgency – then this is a great role for you.Your Role Accountabilities …Serve as operational expert for CNN’s CRM campaigns, including owning end to end QA and execution of e-mail, web and push acquisition, onboarding, transactional and engagement campaignsResponsible for providing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on campaign performance, and

using data to help identify opportunities to optimize our newsletters and CRM campaignsHelp plan and execute experiments across e-mail, push and in-app channels (format, frequency, copy, etc.) to improve engagement across CRM campaigns and newslettersMaintain the performance and health of the email, push, and in-app channels with regard to data reliability, audience segmentation, list hygiene, API libraries and deliverability.Work with design and copywriting teams to ensuring all campaigns have necessary design and copy elements messaging material.Make ongoing recommendations on how to better leverage channel capabilities and marketing technology tools to improve performance of CRM and newsletter initiatives .Qualifications & Experience…5+ years of experience implementing and managing CRM campaigns; direct to consumer subscription, e-commerce or newsletter experience preferredExcellent understanding of email best practices and hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns with ESPsExperience with push and in-app platforms, marketing technology tools (segmentation, CDPs, customer journey orchestration)

with a strong understanding of best practices to leveraging platforms and tools to improve campaign performanceKnowledge of general UX design, web pixel/tagging structures and HTML.Strong working knowledge with analytics and business Intelligence tools like Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or DomoExtremely organized and detailed orientedHighly analytical, comfortable working with data, setting up models and dashboardsBA/BS degree (or higher)How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $93,800.00 - $174,200.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
