We at Adobe are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help build, guide and define the strategy for the future of our digital asset management offering! Are you a high energy Product Manager with 8-10 years of professional experience building out outstanding user experiences in the software industry? If so, this team could be for you. We are looking for a qualified candidate that has a strong interest and experience in developing SaaS products. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills will be needed to help develop strategies and ongoing business and product direction. Demonstrated success in the DAM industry and a specific understanding of the content lifecycle - from concept to completion - is also required.

What you'll doDesign, develop and lead a specific product or group of services from definition and planning through launch, usage, and end of life.Define product requirements and use cases based on input from customers, the field, and surveying the overall DAM market & competitive landscape.Engage with diverse partners - sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, engineering - to help define and deliver the best customer journeyAssist in driving field enablement activities, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials, demo assets and scripts, and webinarsAbout you
An understanding of what makes and what breaks a phenomenal product experienceA passion for solving sophisticated problems and bringing new insights to realitySkilled at the art of influencing without explicit authorityExcellent written and interpersonal skills - equally able to talk to engineers, designers, senior executives, and customersAn ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
