Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Boston Hub Food Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring he highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Responsibilities
Assist Manager with staff schedule, ordering, receiving, drink menu ideation.
Assists with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate-counseling sessions.
Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.
Analyze and resolve problems, seeking assistance if needed from management.
Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.
Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand.
Ensure personnel meet appearance standards and follow all uniform guidelines.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum of 1 year successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues preferred.
Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds.
Ability to engage in constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
Ability to walk throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of shift.
Possible exposure to high volume of noise during busy times.
May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
