Job Description:

Lead Mission Integrator, Senior-Level

Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA; Honolulu, HI

Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Are you ready to leverage your expertise in the intelligence community (IC), target development, and external collaboration to deliver innovative solutions to address some of the United States’ most complex national security challenges? Imagine yourself conducting research, providing analysis, and delivering technical products to give the US government and its partners an advantage over near-peer competitors. Parsons is hiring a senior-level targeting officer with working experience developing psychological assessments to work closely with our client in Honolulu, HI.

Part-time or Full-time opportunity

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a locationally dispersed cross-functional team (CFT) of experts in the collaboration, analysis, and development of target packages related to hard target activities.

Support the development of non-CT target packages; utilize client systems and processes to collaborate with peers across the IC to leverage resources and operationalize sensitive capabilities to support customer requirements

Assist Government lead in reviewing, defining, and clarifying operational requirements; provide input to the development of new systems, partner relations, and analytic outputs.

Employ knowledge of customer requirements and share CFT’s analytic developments with external partners, nest and align requirements, and build a network of partners with capabilities to aid and support targeting opportunities

Maintain awareness of collection operations, policy developments, and information priorities relevant to functional area

Produce and brief products at meetings, workshops, or other community venues for the purposes of intelligence collaboration, deconfliction, and best practices

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

10+ years’ relevant experience with a Master’s or 12+ years’ relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree

10+ years’ experience in the intelligence community and prior experience working in multi-disciplinary teams

Previous support to strategic or Hard Target (non-CT) activities

Demonstrated ability to lead and guide mission development across a locationally dispersed team of professionals

Demonstrated ability to blend single-source intelligence reports with all-source data to provide a comprehensive picture

Demonstrated critical thinking and writing skills, including the ability to respond to quick-turn RFIs with limited editorial support

Experience with performing individual and group target analysis as well as digital attributes to identify unique patterns

Demonstrated communications skills, including the ability to brief leadership up to and including the SES/GO-FO levels

Active TS/SCI clearance with requires US citizenship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Graduate of a DoD Joint Targeting School or equivalent interagency targeting qualification program

Experience with HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT and other intelligence disciplines to develop targeting plans and products supporting defined collection priorities

Demonstrated knowledge of political, military, economic, academic, transnational criminal, information / media, and/or cultural aspects of malign influence

Support to Special Operations Forces, INDOPACOM HQ and/or its service components

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI

Salary Range:

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
