Business Analyst/QA Lead

The Business Analyst contractor candidate must be available to work from one of the client's NJ/PA offices.The Business Analyst will lead the entire User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for the migration project.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the requirements for testing of the system changeWork with the Quality team, Technology team, Project Manager, and Business Lead(s) to determine what needs to be tested within the client's frameworkLead collection of GxP Compliance requirements for UAT, including writing and reviewing all GxP business documentsWrite the necessary test scripts for UAT executionCoordinate, recruit, and train testers to execute the test scriptsReview results of UAT testing, creating deviations and/or defects, and the necessary GxP documentation to move the UAT toward approval and completionQualifications:

Experience managing UAT process for system integration or IT projectsExperience writing test scripts for UATExperience using JIRA XRAY testing platformExperience training testers and planning UAT end to end project tasksExperience creating defects, deviations, and deferrals during testingProven leader within testing with emphasis on User Acceptance Testing
