Human Resources Business Partner , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategyProvides support and guidance to HR Generalists, management and other staff when complex, specialized and sensitive questions and issues ariseAdminister and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigation allegations of wrong doing and terminationsPromote the organization's philosophy and values; ensures quality in all areas; and encourages teamwork by coaching and providing support in the department and throughout the organizationBridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesPlan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to promote effective and consistent performance managementBuild strong relationships with internal customers, fostering trust and promoting collaborationContribute as project leader or contributor on various department and business initiativesEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal, state and local requirementsIf You Are:

At least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, previous management experience preferredComprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws including EEO, ADA/FEHA, FLSA, and FMLA/CFRAKnowledge of CA Employment Law strongly preferredUnderstanding of, and experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and training)Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence peers and business partners at all levelsMust possess a consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partnersMust possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situationsAdept to problem-solving and conflict resolutionMust have clean driving history and a current and valid Driver's License
