Responsibilities:
Assistant Center Directors will support our Center Manager in 5 key areas:
1. Student assessments and consultations
CDs can successfully identify students areas of strength and of discomfortCDs can generate a custom learning plan for this students individual needsCDs can discuss goals and solutions with parents and studentsCDs can assist in the family enrollment process2. Developing and maintaining strong parent relationships
CDs can successfully communicate with parents regarding student progress, behaviors, and lessonsCDs are friendly and sociable with our families3. Developing and training our instructional staff
CDs can aid in the instructor hiring and training processCDs can identify team strengths and weaknesses and make proper adjustments4. Maintaining center expectations and quality
CDs can hold team members accountable for their performanceCDs can ensure set expectations are met5. Measuring center performance through our key performance indicators (KPIs)
CDs can analyze reports on center performance and help make the appropriate changesRequirements:
Full-Time CDs must be available a minimum of 5 days per week (including weekend)Full-Time CDs must maintain an average of 35-40 per week to remain in good standingAll employees are subject to an employment math assessment to evaluate math understanding and skill levelQualifications:
Passion for math and working with studentsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilitiesEagerness to learn and be trainedExceptional math competency through at least Algebra IProficiency in computer skillsCompleted Bachelor's Degree, preferred in business, education, or related fieldPrevious management or leadership experience preferredPrevious customer relationships & sales experience preferredMandarin/Korean Bilingual preferred, not required
Benefits/Perks (Full-Time):
Performance Bonus + Team Bonus - CDs that meet specific student thresholds will earn bonus
Profit Sharing Plan - CDs that meet specific student thresholds will earn bonus
PTO - CDs will accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked
Sick Pay - CDs will accrue 1 hour of Sick Pay for every 30 hours worked
Healthcare, 401k - CDs receive 401k benefits upon their one year anniversary of employment
Employee Discount - CDs can receive discounts for family members receiving our services
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
