in-person only Program Manager in the Topeka and/or Overland Park office . Full-time availability is needed, 2300 hours per year. After initial training of approximately 3 - 6 months, a hybrid-remote work schedule can be discussed.If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have at least five years' experience overseeing multiple business critical initiatives to help an organization achieve its' goals. This should include handling complex projects that span long periods of time, aligning with larger company goals, and coordinating project teams and budgeting needs. This role ensures that everything runs smoothly and follows program goals while maintaining a high level of detail for each project overseen throughout the workday.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceOversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedDevelop and implement change management strategies and plansAssess the internal and external culture or client changes neededManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesBuild critical change management and communication plans to deliver the initiativesLearn/apply program management skills on programs to ensure communication of scope, milestones, risks, and decisionsIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business, Management, Business Administration, or other related business fieldMinimum of five years’ experience in program/project managementOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesExceptional skills in leadership, time management, communication, facilitation, and organizationDemonstrated ability to autonomously design, gain approval, and execute business critical strategiesPreferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or other related business fieldStrong working knowledge of Smartsheet, Monday.com, or other project management suiteSix Sigma Green BeltExperience utilizing LEAN project management methodologiesBenefitsMize CPAs Inc. offers competitive salary and benefits, challenging projects, and ongoing professional development opportunities for our employees.
