User Experience Engineering Specialist (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of User Experience Engineering Specialist in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:

Envision holistic user experience ecosystems that drive enterprise level Data and AI driven decision intelligence.

Conceptualize art of the possible user experience models that align with the firm’s Data and AI vision and strategy.

Translate design concepts to wireframes and prototypes, balancing technical feasibility and design intent.

Design interactive layouts and other design features that optimize for usability and accessibility.

Create design system components that drive consistency, scalability, and unification of user experiences across decision intelligence platforms.

Conduct user research methods to understand and synthesize goals, needs, behaviors, and mental models of users and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology architecture, engineering, and product to understand feasibility and viability of design solutions.

Use effective visual storytelling techniques to present design strategy and concepts to stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Design, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in user experience design.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Designing enterprise digital experiences;

Creating interactive and visual designs; and

Performing Lean Design or Agile Design in complex programs or projects.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Designing data visualizations for effective data storytelling using Figma and PowerBI;

Developing with front-end programming languages, including HTML and CSS;

Using Figma for digital design deliverables;

Applying design thinking techniques for UX discovery, ideation, and synthesis;

Conducting user research to gather user and business context for design work;

Collaborating with cross-functional teams; and

Communicating with clients on project status, issues, and risks.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
