The Branch Manager is accountable for the effective planning, managing, and execution of all operations of assigned branch. Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, revenue, growth, and profitability of branch through effective coordination of customer service, employee training and development, equipment and facility resources, safety programs, and promotion of all corporate goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Initiate and develop positive business relationships with clients and entities in an effort to cultivate business development and retention Maintain proper staffing levels throughout the branch to meet team goals Provide strong leadership to all branch employees including performance management and company policy enforcement Analyze operations to determine areas of potential cost reduction and production improvement; develop branch goals and performance objectives Prepare annual labor and equipment budgets; monitor all project budgets Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, and other organizational entities Facilitate branch services as needed, may require night/weekend reachability by phone Additional responsibilities as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years account management experience 5+ years crew management experience Expertise in industry basics: landscape design, construction, irrigation, maintenance, blueprints, and equipment utilization Thorough knowledge of current State and Federal landscaping and zoning laws and related compliance requirements Valid Driver's License and ability to meet Premier's guidelines for driver eligibility Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven success in a supervisory/leadership role Previous experience with business segment financial management and basic accounting principles/best practices PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Extended periods of sitting or standing Extended periods using computer and mobile phone Occasional walking on job sites Occasional stooping, bending, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
