Our client is seeking a Cash Management Manager to lead and oversee daily cash management activities and financial operations. This role involves managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective financial transactions, including credit and collections, accounts payable, and financing activities. The ideal candidate will maintain strong banking relationships, support cash management policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cash management operations, including monitoring and optimizing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.

Develop and implement cash management strategies to maximize cash availability and minimize borrowing costs.

Manage credit and collections to ensure timely and efficient collection of receivables.

Supervise accounts payable functions to ensure accurate and timely disbursements.

Monitor and analyze cash positions, making recommendations for investment or borrowing to optimize cash flow.

Maintain strong banking relationships to support cash management activities, including account management, reconciliations, and fund transfers.

Administer and manage the company's short-term investment activities, ensuring compliance with policies and risk parameters.

Conduct regular cash flow forecasting and variance analysis to ensure alignment with financial strategies.

Oversee the company's collateral management, ensuring sufficient coverage and adherence to risk management policies.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements related to cash management.

Prepare and present regular financial reports related to cash management activities to senior management.

Collaborate with the Vice President of Finance to develop and refine cash management strategies and procedures.

Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed to enhance cash management efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or accounting roles.

Strong understanding of cash management practices, credit and collections, accounts payable, and financial analysis.

Experience managing banking relationships and cash flow optimization strategies.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software (such as SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
