About the Role
Campaign Execution: Work directly with the COO/CMO and marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, events, and content creation.Project Management: Lead coordination efforts by giving clear direction, reminders, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.Content Development: Assist in developing compelling marketing content that aligns with the company's goals and resonates with our audience.Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, organize marketing assets, and handle routine administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader company objectives.Budget Management: Help track marketing expenses, contractor invoices, and ensure campaigns stay within budget.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for future improvements.About You
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced or start-up environment.Organizational Skills: You're a master at managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana), and marketing platforms.Team Player: You excel in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and work independently when needed.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in marketing materials and campaign execution.Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing field, with opportunities to advance in the company.Ability to Travel: You can attend company events across the country.Bonus Points For:
Experience in social media management or event planning.Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing software.

The target compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000, based on qualifications and experience.
