About the Role
Culmen International is seeking aData Compliance Manager to support an upcoming Health and Human Services opportunity.This position is responsible for ensuring the company's policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards. They perform regular audits, implement company policies, and design control systems.What You'll Do in Your New Role
Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.Collaborate with HR and program management to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.Assess the company's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.Minimum of (2) years experience as a Compliance Manager, Compliance Officer, or similar role.In-depth knowledge of the company's standards and regulationsMust be computer literate.Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.Fluent in English (verbal and written).Possess a valid Driver's License.Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.Ability to successfully clear a background check.Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.Desired Qualifications
