Senior Retail Business Manager
to drive customer experience, operational efficiencies, and team development within our retail sales function. As a right hand to the Sales VP, this role will focus on optimizing trade planning, managing customer P&L, and mentoring a team of Retail Business Managers. You will play a critical part in cross-functional engagement and process improvement, ensuring that all customer-facing and internal processes are aligned for optimal success.Who You Are:A strategic leader

What You'll Do:Manage and mentor
a team of Retail Business Managers, ensuring execution of business processes and customer profitability goals.Lead process improvements , ensuring SOPs are updated and implemented to drive margin management and customer support excellence.Oversee trade planning and forecasting , driving profitability and managing inventory, promotions, and customer claims.Collaborate cross-functionally
to align on goals, performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:Ability to coach and mentor Business Management team, create and refine process within a continuous improvement organization.Ability to read and management customer Profitability Reports.Ability to problem solve and simplify complex issues for root cause and corrective actions.Superior communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
