We are currently searching for executive and general assistants to perform a variety of administrative functions in support of our Direct Housing Management team? Administrative Staff
will travel to locations across the United States to support the FEMA Direct Housing Management team with contract oversight activities. Responsibilities could include but not limited to:Scheduling meetings and maintain correspondence in Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Zoom
Documenting performanceAssisting with change requests and contract modificationsProvide field support such as permit coordination and monitoringDocument managementTechnical writingOther administrative and clerical activities related to the direct housing missionProvide administrative support to all logistics programsExecutive Assistants must have advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint); Power BI is a plusRequired Skills & Required Experience
High School diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred from an accredited universityA minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional environmentMust be forward thinking, proactive and take initiativeStrong interpersonal skills surrounding customer relations and supporting others are requiredProficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power BI, Outlook and Teams)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsPosition requires flexiblity in order to respond to various tasks and changing demandsSuccessful candidates will possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to help othersMust be able to travel and work onsite at a FEMA facilityAbility to work a minimum 90-day assignment; working 8-12 hours per day, 5-7 days a weekMust have a clean driving record and able to maintain a valid driver's license in order to operate a company, personal or rental carMust be a U.S. Citizen and able to successfully pass a Federal background investigation, to include financial and criminal history*At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.*This position is covered by the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act of 1965 (SCA).*Dewberry is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
