**Purpose of Role**
This **Sr. Manager for Procurement** will drive global sourcing strategies for key commodities and spend categories to achieve broad business objectives supporting Under Armour's indirect procurement areas for the Technology spend category. They will lead complex negotiations, manage a high-volume contract portfolio, and stay abreast of industry trends and AI/automation opportunities. This role will require collaborating with technology leaders to influence strategic sourcing decisions and foster strong supplier relationships. This individual will create and execute procurement category strategies aligned with annual cost reduction targets and independently manage large enterprise procurement initiatives or negotiations.
They will serve as a role model for junior teammates, demonstrating a strong knowledge of procurement negotiation tactics and systems. Additionally, this person will maintain a current understanding of industry best practices and trends, proactively bringing recommendations to senior leadership. They will prepare, present, and align with VP+ audiences on strategic sourcing initiatives, work across technology sub-categories, and build relationships with internal teammates and external suppliers. The ideal teammate will lead negotiations on large contract negotiations, manage a high workload of contracts, and have experience working with highly technical, sophisticated contract vehicles.
**Your Impact**
+ Leads execution of indirect procurement strategies for the Technology spend categories, focusing on strategic sourcing, global category management, contracting, supplier management and business partnering, with a specific focus on Retail Product Applications, Corporate Applications, and Enterprise Data Security Applications + Services
+ Collaborates with business stakeholders to achieve savings targets to drive business outcomes
+ Formulates strategies to address feedback from business stakeholders to ensure objectives are met
+ Provides Procurement perspective and makes recommendations to leadership and business colleagues
+ Identifies and develops excellent working relationships with strategic business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and to support the business in achievement of its outcomes
+ Provides support to the business in pursuit of new business opportunities
+ Leads complex negotiations with external suppliers, and manages complex contract engagements
+ Manages adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with corporate governance
+ Demonstrates a strong mastery of the contract redlining, contract negotiation, and contract execution process
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
+ 5-10 year's experience in a senior strategic procurement position, ideally supporting technology sourcing
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Experience working with technology contracting, strategic sourcing, category management and supplier management practices
+ Experience working with a global company
+ Experience managing a complex spend category

**Base Compensation**
+ $121,074.00 - $166,476.20 USD
_Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
