Dunwoody, GA a s a Benefits Coordinator. In the Benefits Coordinator position, you will answer benefit-related questions and ensure all team members are set up for success when it comes to using their company benefits.This is a direct placement role with our client, hybrid role of 3 days in office.What you'll do:As a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator you will play a key role in managing team member benefits, ensuring accurate administration, compliance with regulations, and providing assistance to team members with inquiries and enrollment processesJob duties include:Oversee maintenance and administration of team member's benefits and files.Manage benefits enrollments, terminations, beneficiary changes,and Qualified Medical ChildSupport Orders ( QMCSO ).Compose and send benefits related lettersMonitor QMSCO, termedin error, STD, and other reports as needed.Communicate with carriers and team members receiving benefits to notify them of changes in coverage and to resolve problems.Provide directions, support and advice to team members regarding their benefits.Administer and monitor Annual Open Enrollment Process.Other job duties as needed.YOUR MUST HAVES:Must be 18 years of age or older.High School Diploma or General Education Degree ( GED ).2 or more years of experience in benefits administration and HRIS documentationBilingual in SpanishEfficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,and the use of the internet.Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA,FMLA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.Benefits offered :Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, Basic Life Insurance, 401k Retirement Plan, Paid HolidaysPaid Vacation, Employee Assistance Program, Training & Development OpportunitiesThis is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office.
