If you are the kind of Manager who is hands on and enjoys working with people, leads through a mentoring/coaching approach, have a demonstrated history of excellence in a fast paced environment, have proven abilities to deliver sustainable and superior results, known for your passion for safety and have strong communication skills, then you are exactly the kind of talent we need!As Plant Manager , you will have operational responsibility and accountability for production line(s) in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment. You will provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production area(s) to meet safety, quality, and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product/technology development, and promoting a strong team atmosphere.What You'll Do:Actively lead and support plant safety programsEstablish systems to ensure conformance of product to quality requirements that meet or exceed standardsManage operations to meet product demand requirements, exceed machine design parameters, and facilitate product/technology development opportunitiesActively pursue ways to meet site yield expectations and cost objectivesCreate an environment that promotes positive teamwork and accomplishments

Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.What You'll Bring:A Bachelor's Degree required, with preference given to a technical or engineering discipline (must be from accredited institution)10+ years of relevant management experience in a high-speed manufacturing environmentPrior profit/loss responsibilities and a demonstrated ability to identity costs, and what levers to pull to get results to the bottom line.Strong communication and people skills with the demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, employee relations, quality, productivity and cost.Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
